Atmos is well known for their neck-breaking Nike Air Max collaborations and their Animal Pack is no exception. Similar to their esteemed “Elephant” and “Safari” pairs, Atmos worked with Nike in 2018 to release the Animal Pack again, providing sneaker enthusiasts with a new 2.0 release.
A remake from their first release in 2007, Atmos’ animal pack consists of an Air Max 1 and Air Max 95 which both feature various wild prints throughout the shoe. Consisting of Tiger, Zebra, Giraffe, and Leopard prints, the pairs also have a fur like texture covering the shoe.
Looking at StockX data in the graph above we can see that both pairs saw inflated presale prices, a phenomena often seen in sneakers, followed by prices settling around $250 for the Air Max 1 and roughly $325 for the Air Max 95. Recently, we have seen both pairs approaching the $500 mark with the Air Max One averaging $502 this month and the Air Max 95 coming in at around $477. Looking closer at the graph, it appears that Air Max enthusiasts had a change of heart in the latter part of 2019, taking a greater liking to the Air Max One over the Air Max 95, evident by their difference in prices in the secondary market.
